Everything to Me

I have many blessings in my life. These little folks have truly blessed my life and bring me great joy everyday. Of course there are days when I want to pull my hair out and hid in the bathroom with a diet coke, but then evening rolls around and they sleep, and I sleep, and a new day comes.

My amazing husband bought me this couch ( I have been searching for over a year on craigslist) and I just had to do a shoot with my littles. So a few weeks after Mother’s day we headed out to a field to capture this special time in our lives. Never again will I have two 5 year olds, and two 2 year olds. The girls are off to school in the fall, I am scared and excited to send them off to the real world. But excited to read my boys a book and bond with them more.

Here they are…my precious babies.

No they aren’t identical

It doesn’t run in the family

Yes I will have more someday…

Capturing Childhood {Mesa Az Family Photography}

I am so in love with this session. I photographed these sweeties a few years ago, and was elated when this cute Mom contacted me to do another family session. We spent the evening playing with slinkies, giving snuggles, and running around the field. These kids were so spunky and their personalities just shine through in these images. I know that sometimes we get so caught up in getting the perfect picture. These images to me are perfect because of the joy and emotion that they show. When I see these images they make me smile….I hope they make you smile! I am sharing way to many but I just couldn’t resist!

Their Mom was so cute with them. Telling how good they were doing, what great smiles they had and how beautiful they were.

Don’t you just want to eat them!! Such smiles!

This little Miss is the same age as my boys…I wanted to pack her up and take her home with me. At one point during the shoot she came and sat on my lap so she could look at the camera with me…awww….

5 Photo shoots in 4 days…a quick sneak peak {Mesa Az Family Photographer}

I had a fantastic time this weekend shooting my little heart out and hanging with the cutest kids and the sweetest families. I have a little Mommy guilt leaving my kiddos, but they were in the good hands of their super Dad. My honey left today for a week long hunting trip so I had to get all of my shoots in before he left and now I am can edit every night while the littles snooze! The cute gal does my hair and is soooo fun to chat with…I go to get my hair done just to hang with her…she is that cool…

Her sweeties were so adorable and her daughter said during the shoot, “I love taking pictures…this is fun!” That’s what I love to hear!

I was so happy to spend Sat. morning with this new baby love. She has had a rough little life thus far and has been in and out of the hospital because of her jaundice. She is such an angel baby and we got some amazing shots…

That evening I spent time with this sweeties beautiful family. She has 4 sibling and the most adorable parents ever! She cracked me up shaking her Shakira hips for me and telling me all of her families juicy secrets. I wanted to take her home with me. Her is one of her sweet baptism pictures. This session is soooo killer…can’t wait to share more of this session with you!

I was so happy to get to photograph this beautiful extended family. They are great supporters of my hubster’s business www.theacdoctors.com and I loved spending a bit of time with these adorable kiddos.

This was my shoot last night…this is the 2nd time I have been able to photograph these sweeties. They were such JOYS! Smiles and giggles all night….little baby “M” wasn’t around last time and she kept coming and sitting on my lap and wanting to look at my camera LCD screen. She was the cutest little peanut….

Back to Photoshop and my lovely Macbook…can’t wait to share more images from these Magical sessions!

Growing Up….Big girl Aisley

This little sweeties mom and I have been besties for 12+ years….We both share a passion for photography . In fact she was the one that got me started and told me what kind of camera to buy….we love getting together and talking shop! Well her mommy is about to have a baby so we got together and had some girl time with sweet 19 month old Aisley.

One Year Old Sweetie

This little beauty came to my home studio last week on her 1st birthday. Her mom and I grew up in the same hometown and recently reconnected because she moved into my neighborhood. Sweet baby “M” was precious and perfect! I was so excited when her mom showed up with balloons and her cute party dress.

Check out my new beautiful wood flooring….my sweet husband built the night before the shoot…..can’t wait to use it more…

Lastly I asked mom to hop in for a few images….as mothers we are ALWAYS behind the camera…I think that taking pictures with your babies is a great way to remember the moments and how quickly time goes by.
